I got mine at Not From A Box

I was the same as you. I wasn't finding anything I liked, but then I found them and it's more like you customize your own. Pics are in my album if you want to see how they came out . They basically create what you want, in whatever color, font, paper, etc. So you don't have to conform to the samples that other places show you is the only way, you know?

Good Luck whatever you choose.

Thanks ladies. There is this place in Red Bank called The Papery, which is where i got my e-party invites. While i was there , there was a couple agruging over wedding invites...

Do you think there is a price difference between a website and a place like Kates Paperie? Or is it all the same?

If anyone is looking for letterpress for less money, and is somewhat creative, I designed my invites myself and found a printer to do them for much less money than most letterpress places...you can FM me for info!

I went to Creations de Belle in Mineola. She has a back room where I sat for like 2 hours just looking through binders and binders of invites. She has so many to choose from and tries to get a feel for what you like. You can check out a shop and then compare the prices for any invites you like on their company website.

It depends. If you order online, I just strongly recommend that you get a sample before you place an order. I fell in liuv w/ an invite but when the sample came, it was horrible. I also ordered an STD from an online place without seeing a sample. I had to send it back because it was so cheap and tacky looking---if I had requested a sample, at least I would have known the quality in advance.

We're making ours (well my MOH is making ours ) but the design came from Hellolucky.com. SUCH A COOL INVITE PLACE! I was having a hard time finding stuff I liked too....they have some DOPE designs...check it out.

I'm looking around too. So far i like notfromabox.com, they have really cute stuff and they are very helpful if you have to contact someone.

I went to follow your heart I think she is in West Islip, (she in the vendors page) Its out of her house but she has a Great way of comparing things so that you are not looking at 20 invitations that you like but not sure which one is for you.
