My FIL's don't think we need to have invites! I had mentioned to them that they should start thinking about invites, and my FMIL thought I was silly!!! She said that we should just tell everyone at the rehersal itself! Can you believe it?!?! I think it would be formal and appropriate, since our rehersal dinner is at a formal restaurant. But she thinks not. So, I have to tell everyone about the actual rehersal at the church, and then she's the one who will get stuck with a surprise at the dinner. Wouldn't you want to know how many exactly are going?? I DO!!!! But hey, I'm taking a step back and saying that my fiance, my family and myself are planning everything else, this is her one thing. She can do it how she wants to; even though I think formal invites should be sent out!!!
