Hi! I was just wondering where anyone went to get there level II sonogram? and if they were good there? and if they let you bring in a video tape to record it?
anywhere in LI, Queens or Brooklyn, I will be going for mine in like 4 weeks, and want to make sure I get a good one, and since I heard they have to tape them and some places let you bring in a tape and they will record for you, I want this!!! If I had no clue I would not care.
so please share you experiences?

They did it in my docs office. They didn't tape it just gave me some still shots.

Thay dont do at my dr's office, I called North Shore and they said they dont tape either and alot places are stopping that for some reason or another, so I think I am out of luck, oh well!!! so I will either got to north shore or the place by me at work,

I have 6 1/2 weeks to go. And at this point can't wait. Feeling so so. Lots of strain on my body now.
You will get good pics at the level II Enjoy it. It is amazing what you get to see.

They gave me snapshots and let me videotape the screen. They werent able to video it themselves..

I had my Level II at Nassau Radiology on Stewart Avenue in Garden City...

Level II is usually done around the 20th week. It is a more in depth external sonogram where they take a lot of bone measurements. Also at this time the can find out the sex if you wanted...

Thanks so much girls for your help! I have decided where to go YET!! want to go to place with really good equipment, The place by work would be more convenient, but I feel North Shore will have top notch eqipment, such decisions.
I am a first time mommy too, so dont know that much, I was just told I would be gettting a sonogram btw 18-20 weeks and when I got the prescription it said Level II Sonogram.
I will let you know how it was after I get it best of luck everyone.
