the co-op we are buying needs the carpets replaced in the living room and the bedroom. they are not that old however the rug in the living room is a fusia color and in the bedroom it is a seafoam color. yikes!!!!
any ideas of where to get carpeting. that is the first thing we are going to do as soon as we get in....

We just moved into our house a few months ago and I priced out carpets for our living room at a few places. The place that gave the most reasonable price was Carpet Depot on Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown.

I loike Payless Carpets in Floral Park on Covert Avenue. They have carpets in all proce ranges and their installation is wondeful. We have done 4 rooms and the basement so far.

We have used G FRied on old country road in westbury thus far. Their selection is huge (almost too many LOL) and the installation went well, customer service, etc.
We will use them again for sure once more rooms of our home are ready for flooring and carpet.

JarrStar (speak to Adam, he comes to the house and is fantastic! we've gone through him to refinish our hardwoods and he is currently custom making us a wood step for part of our house)
