I am having mine at the Brickhouse Brewery . It has great food and the room is soooo cute!

We are having ours at The Snapper Inn. Recently someone posted a list of all possibilities on the island. It was very helpful. Good luck!

we are both Irish so we are doing it at an Irish pub/restaurant called Katie Dalys

What area are you looking in for the RD?
I'm thinking of having my RD at Stella's in Floral Park. (Haven't gotten that far yet though, so it's not official )

Right now it's between the country house in stony brook and pasta pasta in port jeff. I'm rooting for pasta pasta, but the FIL's are paying and of course get a say!

My rehearsal is a Ss. Cyril in Deer Park so i'm looking for a place in that area if possible because the rehearsal doesn't start until 7:30 and I don't want people passing out cause the're starving.

Did you check out Mulberry Street on Deer Park Ave., the food is great. There is also a ton of places down in Babylon, not more than ten minutes away. I don't think there is a bad eatery there, I lived there for five years and loved being that close to GOOD food.

Boulder Creek in Syosset. We're getting the top level/loft area to ourselves. I really wanted an Italian place, but FMIL doesn't eat italian, so since she's paying we decided to go with something she would like.

I couldn't be happier with tour decision to have a BBQ in DH's aunt's backyard...

*she's a chef...so the food was great and plentiful
*we were able to be loud and drink and not have to be worried about being kicked out at a certain time
*since we did a pretty formal wedding...it was nice to have the informal gathering

Would that be the Villa Maria's in MAssapequa???? If so , my husband and I love that place. We used to live a few blocks from there and ate there often!!! Now we live in Holbrook and havent been there in a while
