I've been looking at Naptime Productions but you can upload your own picture and design your own at Shutterfly , Snapfish, Ofoto, even Walmart.com and they are very reasonably priced.

Consider Walmart. I got great quality announcements for a really great price! I still get compliments on the announcements I sent out and the Christmas cards.
As far as baptism invites, I made my own. I bought some invite paper from Office Depot and added a design and typed it all out how I wanted it. It cost me about 15 dollars or so.
