Bubbles from www.orientaltrading.com - they were cheap. Ribbon I bought when it went on sale at Michael's Crafts (or AC Moore)...didnt buy tulle though.

Bubbles-Jane Weddings They were a little expensive, but I they ones with daisies on top that I liked.
I got ribbon for my favors,( not personalized), from Bills Flower market on 6th Avenue & approximately 29th street. This was one of my favorite finds, they have tons of colors in large rolls & it was cheap.
We have some tulle left over from the shower we are using for the bathroom basket, I think it was from Party City.

There are a few Michaels all over the island. I go to the one in Commack. But thats in western suffolk county - you might want to see if there is one in Nassau County. Or look for AC Moore - they are the same type of store.

Where on LI aryou familiar with? I have been to the one Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown.
In Westchester:
Party City on Central Ave had some bubbles, but the last time I checked they were out of the regular kind & just had ones that looked like mascara tubes.
Rojay Party on Central Avenue( by Cold stone & red Lobster) had plain ones that looked a little translucent & plain to me,& the ones with doves,& the oens that looked like wedding cakes & the ones that had the B & G on them.
