My mom is tall and finding a hard time getting a dress with extra length. Davids Bridal can't order dresses with extra length and the place where I got my dress has MOB dresses for $800 and up. We tried burtons but they don't have MOB dresses.
Any ideas?

My mom bought hers off the rack at Saks Fifth Avenue and had it altered there by a Saks seamstress. The dress was only about $300.

that's weird b/c my mom got her MOB dress at burton's... do you mean they don't have a selection for you to try on there? b/c that could be-- they are very small. they are more for finding a dress you love (get the name and number) and go to them, they'll order it for you and get it for you at a cheaper price... you could try that.
for looking try any bridal salon like bridal reflections... my mom found great dresses at Eva off Sunrise Highway... HTH!!

my mom just got her dress at bridal garden in bethpage. Her dress was under $300.00 and they have a good selection of MOB dresses. (all in the $250-$500 range)
I also got my dress there which they were able to order in a petite, so i bet they would be able to get extra length as well. Good luck!

My mom got her dress at Nordstrom in the Roosevelt Field mall. It was a Daymor dress, and she didn't have to order one specially. They have really nice dresses there.
