Where did your parents get married?

My parents were married at St.Anne's in Brentwood and their RH was Huntington Town House.

What is ironic is I now can look at my window at work and see the decrepited building.

they paid $4000 for their whole wedding that is not even my payment to the photographer

FH were married in CT so I have no clue

My parents were married at Our Lady of the Snows in Queens and had their reception at The Huntington Townhouse! We live in Huntington now so it's really sad for them to look at the building falling down.

FILs were married on a farm in West Virginia.

my mothers first wedding was 11/20/82 in KOC in west islip but the church was St. Josephs in Babylon (they were booked for my date ) but I say it was shot gun my mom was 17 and I was born 4 1/2 months later. her second was East Winds she was pregnant with my youngest brother. She never learns

my parents got married at the catering hall at the Best Western in Queens which is now a Senior Quarters....whenever we pass it we always laugh..

My parents originally had planned to get married at the Riviera, the same place as me! But then they had to change it because they had too many people. So they got married at an Inn whose name I forget but it doesn't exist anymore.

FH's parents got married upstate!

My parents got married at church in NHP and then the reception was a Koenigs (love that place!) I was going through some old pictures and stuff a couple of years ago and I found a card that had all their pricing on it. They paid $18pp for prime rib.

FIL's got married at a small catering place in Brooklyn but I can't remember the name of it. FFIL worked there and they got a deal.

My Parents got married at Verdi's in Whitestone (they were one of the first weddings there)

His parents at the Naragansett in Lindenhurst which had since been knocked down

Oh and Fh's parents had a backyard wedding.

My parents had their ceremony at St. Patrick's Church in Huntington (where we're having ours! my grandma was married there too ) and their reception was at the Huntington Townhouse.. i guess it was nice back in the day, what a shame

FIL's somewhere in Brooklyn...

My parents got married I think in 1982? Maybe 83? We went to a wedding there last month and my dad stood in the spot his ceremony took place and said 'this is were it all happened'

My mom says her whole family was friends with the owners cause she was 1 of 9 kids and most of them got married there and they used to go there a lot. Maybe my mom knew those same friends

My parents got married at Our Lady of Ostrabrama in Cutchogue, same place as FH and I as well as my grandparents (my mom's parents) my aunt uncle and other family members!

And their reception was at Polish Hall in Riverhead...same as my grandparents too--it was the in place out east 32 years ago!

Their friend's backyard, had a reception dinner at La Capannina in Northport. 5 years later they renewed their vows at St. Philip Neri in Northport.

Don't know about FH's parents...but his dad DID wear a powder blue tux
