Congrats and welcome. First I would suggest coming up with a ball park of a guest list so that you know about what your min amount of people are. I would also come up with a rough budget so you know how much you want to spend on a price per person. Then start contacting venues. Most don't really give you the information over the phone. But have no fear that is what we are here for, we all have checked out a lot of places and someone is bound to have information you want. Then set up appointments and start looking at the venues.
