The place where you bought you dress should have a slip. As for a bra cant help cause I dont know of anywhere in suffolk.
If your bridal store does not have it try macy's bridal in the Smithtown Mall.

I got my bra from Phyllis at Gownfind and my slip from the place I bought the dress - David's Bridals.
