Girls I am becoming overwhelmed in the area of Invites
I am ready to start looking online or wherever but I do not knwo where to start?
Shoudl I go to a store? Start online? Magazines?
Is is possible to do preliminary looking to get some ideas?
Please help... how did you all do it?
Also, am I the only one who has felt like this? Invites give me anxiety

same here jen! invitations is the only wedding to do that i'm dreading....so many options, to many price ranges.....i've started by just looking for pics of things i like.....do you want to order from a catalog, or do you want something more custom???
I would go check some out at a card store to get an idea of what you like from there you can decide to order at the store or online...I think its best to see them in person or request a sample online of any you like HTH

def think about what you want first then look from there it will east the stress of finding the perfect invites.

Stef thank you!! I have no clue where I want to order from! I won 20% off invites at one of the Westbury Manor showcases with their vendor ( name escapes me)... but Im not forcing myself to go thru them... I want to LOVE them. Im not sure I will lpve anything from them yet ( I havnet looked) ...I think that I do want something more custom made, but I am open to catalog also!!

i went there and the one and only invitation i loved does not come in letterpress....
so now i am talking to some designers to see if they can make it for me...not a fun task...especially if you are a picky snob like me....
i read to many dang martha stewart magazines in my life time...

i went there and the one and only invitation i loved does not come in letterpress....
so now i am talking to some designers to see if they can make it for me...not a fun task...especially if you are a picky snob like me....

i'm gonna attempt a DIY first, and see how a sample comes out....i want custom, but not a giant square pocketfold......i'm still looking =) start a thread for us to post pics of what we like on and where its from.....maybe you'll find something that way!
