I got mine in Manhattan and was done in 10 minutes. Just don't stand on the really long line, that's for summons.

Our pastor recommended that we go to Manhasset even though we are in Queens. i think that is where we are going to go.

we got ours in kew gardens...we filled it out online first and just had to confirm the information was correct and pay for it....it took about 30min bc they made everyone wait on line until a wedding was over.
