Where do RSVPs go in a pocketfold invitation?

Where do RSVPs go in a pocketfold invitation?

Here are my invites. My mom said to put the RSVP card/enevelop and hotel info card behind the two inserts. I think that might be dangerous in that some people don't think to look behind the inserts and not RSVP at all then.

Suggestions?
Attached are photos of my inserts and then one with the RSVP card & envelope on top of the first insert so it's visible

I'd put it between the inserts so when you initially open the invite it doesn't cover the rest

What about for the people who are getting just one insert?

I put mine in between other inserts so people would see it.

the rsvp doesn't go inside its envelope, just tucked under its flap

Thanks - yes I tucked the RSVP card under the envelope flap and not placed it inside. I'm just not sure where to put this when I have just one insert. Not everyone is invited to all events so in some invitations, we'll have just one insert. Where does the RSVP stuff go then?
