I think you are supposed to go to Town Hall. For me its Islip Town Hall....not sure what town you live in.

You can go to any town hall. It does not matter where you live.

It becomes valid 24 hours after you go to get it and it is good for 60 days.

Each town hall is different. Call the one you plan to go to before you go to make sure you have all the requirements and then find out the hours.
