you can go to your local town hall .. you will need your birth certificate .. license .. ss # and i believe it is $40

i know right ... thousands and thousands of dollars later ... we could have just gotten a $40 marriage license and called it a day![]()
Do you have to bring a witness with you to get the license, or just when we sign it after the wedding?
You don't need a witness. Just you and FH. But just to mention once you get the licence it is only good for 60 days. So Tara you should go when you countdown hits in the 50's. That's what I did.
