We went to hawaii and went through Liberty Travel (christine in Oceanside). I actually did some research first where to stay and the best prices... played with a couple of online travel agents to get a good price then printed out the emails and went to Liberty Travel (only b/c I'd rather deal with someone in person). I asked her to beat the price and she did along with adding the buffet breakfast and some other perks. We also booked some great excursions she recommended to us. Good Luck!

I contacted Travel Tom (Tom Vargese from AMEX) [email protected] I told him our budget, what I wanted and where and he presented a package that had everything anf then some.

We used a travel agent in bayside. I am glad too, because we are going to a few different places and with all the traveling, hotels, and other stuff i was glad someone else did it for us.
We are going to Los Angeles for three days, flying to Hawaii, going on a Hawaiin cruise, flying into Las Vegas and then going home.

We did it all ourselves.
This depends on your destination and how comfortable you are with booking it yourself or working with a travel agent. I tried to book our HM through a travel agent who quoted me about $2,000 more than if I did it myself so DIY was the way for us.
