Where do you keep your jewelry?

I have 2 very NICE jewelry boxes that I keep out. But, I only keep junk inside of them.

My good stuff is in a torn, dirty, brown paper bag that I stash away. Inside the bag is an intricate system of plastic bags and dividers which house 'the good stuff.'

Anyone else as paranoid of a break in as me?

(I am only this worried because when my mother was growing up, her house was robbed TWO times so all of her jewelry and all of my Nana's good stuff was taken)

i keep most of my stuff in the safe. i really want to buy a nice jewerly box though one that free standing

edited to say that yes im paranoid lol in fact i will never leave my e ring at home no matter what not even in the safe

I have one nice necklace that i wear everyday a pair of earings that match the earings and my E-ring and weddin band that I wear everyday here everything else is in the safe deposit box in the bank. Talk about paranoid.
