where do you wear your veil?

I didn't like how a veil looked midway down my head at the makeup trial, I don't really want it to cover my hair at all...

is anyone/has anyone wearing or wore their veil underneath their hair when they are wearing their hair down?

Does anyone have a pic of what this looks like? I am wearing my hair down and I was thinking of maybe putting the veil at the base of my neck underneath my hair will this look weird?

I wore mine on the top of my head but took it off for portraits and the reception

I think that it would look weird underneath your hair that is down. Maybe you shouldn't wear one at all if you don't like the way it looks. What a bout a birdcage veil?

I like the way the veil looks, but I just don't want it to cover my hair completely in the back. I am trying to find pictures of people who have worn it really low.
