i wanted to give fh an engagement gift so i asked him what he wanted. originally i wanted to take him onn a vacay (now we don't have the time) and then he said he wanted a puppy ( we already have two) so i said no.
yesterday he told me that the perfect gift would be several suits. so where does your fh buy his suits?
i know of lord and taylor already. (i'd rather be able to buy him more suits than what i'd get at l and taylor for the price.

Yup, Men's Wearhouse..... FH has 3 suits from there, and he's renting the tuxes from there too.

K&G- they have amaaazzzing suits and they start at $99 each and they are all main label designers- usually they are a season behind- but with suits they dont change enough to make a difference- they are right in garden city- behind roosevelt field where tin alley grill is

FH goes to a place on Kissena Blvd. He gets like 2 suits for 300 bucks and he loves them. He also went to the outlets tobuy the Hugo Boss suit he loves LOL! It cost a lot more than 300!

Fh has a friend who gets them at Macys. Supposedly, they have free tailoring/ alterations when the seamstress person is available

This is probably too long to hold out for but I'll put it out there. My brother is a banker & we make Black Friday for his suits an annual brother/sister outing. We can't ignore the price drops.

Oh, and I should add - check out Syms (sp?) in the city. They have GREAT suits, tuxes etc. for great prices.
