I'm in a slump oh yes it's true...in fact, it's because I've been quite blue. Dad's got the cancer, Gramps had a stroke...I'm feeling so sufficated, I could choke.
It's hard to smile when all I do is pray, that they'll be Ok for my wedding day...
I know you've got just 4-days to go, time sure has gone by fast... Just enjoy all the precious moments, make them all last.

You have a good sense of humor!!! If I didn't laugh at my life sometimes I would have had to lay down and die a long time ago. Since we share the same wedding day here are a few things that I know to be true......Your dad and my mom can share a chemo session that morning if need be! If your dad is scared my mom can be his nightlight. We tell her that since she has had so many radiation sessions she is going to start glowing soon! With all the things we have had to go through we both deserve a beautiful day in which we can count all our blessings. They (our family) may not be as we had pictured them......but they will be there and seeing you happy on your day will make them feel better.

Sometimes you have to step back and say this can't be real and I deserve a break. So when things get overwhelming (and they will) trake a step back and remeber that all the little things mean nothing. Focus on what is really important and you will be ok.

Sorry a little sappy tonight. I just know that when I went to give my mom her shot tonight (I do it everynight) that she looked at me and said 'tomorrow we will be in the 20's!)

Ok Jen, now I'm crying. Tonight I packed up pictures of my Fi's Dad & Sis, My beloved Grandma & my Grandpas. Their pics will be on the mantle behind us, I really wish they were there.
Sometimes girls, you just gotta be thankful for whatcha got.
I'm trying to be. You guys are coming down the home stretch & everyone will be alright..........
Wedbabe, I can't even come up with a rhyme for you, but you should she the poems I wrote for my BP as thank you's, you'd be proud!
I must go finish my table #'s, I still have so much to do

Didn't mean to make you cry. Life will never be perfect so I am learning to make the best of what we have. And as I have said before our wedding pics will be something I will have to remind me how happy my mom was to be there (no matter how sick she is)

Wedbabe 29 days!!!! Just keep that in mind and do what you can to keep yourself happy. Because no matter what happens your dad and gramps would want you to be happy that day!

Jen, You are right about that, you have to laugh at life sometimes. Sorry to hear about your Mom. You guys sound amazingly strong!!
