You can also check out metropolitan implex on 36th and 6th, and another store (sorry can't think of a name) on east side of 6th avenue, b/w 29th and 30th... It really bridal looking and you can't miss it, but their prices are good.

Find the one you like and go to WWW.BRIDESAVE.COM or Ebay. I saved a fortune. I paid $15 on eBay for a tiara that my place had for $215...
I highly recommend Alpha on 38th between 5th and 6th about half way down on the north side. I got a beautiful hand made tiara with pearls and crystals for about $150.
