Where in the Carribean should I go for my HM?

We definitely want to go to the Carribean. We're looking to spend around 4k (but are somewhat flexible). I want a beautiful beach to lay on, good food, and an all-inclusive hotel. FH is fine with this, and wants to be active: snorkeling, jet skis, swimming with dolphins, hiking...

I've been to Jamaica and the Bahamas already, so I'd prefer someplace else.

Suggestions? TIA!

we went to a smal island in the british virgin islands called virgin gorda. its not really built up and 'touristy', but very nice and kind of secluded and romantic we stayed at the bitter end yacht club (www.beyc.com), but there is also little dix bay resort as well.
at bitter end we had a great time! we could see richard bransons private island from the resort. they had a bunch of sailboats and small motor boats that were all included, plus several snorkeling trips a day that were included, and other tours. the hotel is at the far end of the island and only accessible by ferry... and one day we rented a jeep and explored the other parts of the island. we went to The BAths, which is a really cool tunnel of boulders that water goes all through and you can hike all through it. we hiked at an old copper mine.... if you're looking for a place with night life though its not really the place- everything was shut down by like 10 at night. but it didn't bother us because we were usually so worn out by then anyway. its not one of those brand new top notch places, but a really laid back, nice place to spend a week together... let me know if you want more info

Oh that sounds sooooo great!!! We are headed to Tortola, Jost, and St. John next month!! What a contrast to the built up, touristy, overpopulated, and Americanized islands!! :) In my opinion, the best beaches I've ever seen are on Jost Van Dyke (White Bay) and the 7 gorgeous beaches of Caneel Bay resort on St. John....

Ive never been but what i heard is amazing, is the british island of Anguilla. Some pics for our viewing pleasure =)
