i ordered mine from Kathy from Follow Your Heart (also a vendor on here). She was great to work with and her prices are very affordable. She's located in west islip. FM if you need more info.

We ordered ours from www.now-and-forever.com They are PERFECT!!! We ordered them on a Sunday and they came the following Thursday perfect as can be!
They were cheaper and the layout was better than what the printers were charging.
I highly recommend them!!!
