Bought mine from Phyllis at gownfind/bridal elegance for under $40 or $50.

I bought mine from another bride!! I would check the 'Yard Sale' thread first!
ETA: It is in perfect condition, fits like a glove and works perfectly with my dress. I was fortunate enough that the Carol let me borrow it before committing to buying it, so I could see if it worked with the dress.

I got mine at the place where I got my dress. but I've been told that you can get them for cheap on ebay
