I don't know the exact exit number...but you have to take the exit off the LIE or GCP (I think 39 off the LIE) and take Glen cove road going south....take that allllll the way down for like 15 mins until the end where the road kind of stops at a firehouse. Make a left at the firehouse, and then your first right, and take that road up and past the stop sign straight until you cant go anymore. Make a left, and then 2 streets make a right, an then take the road all the way up until you reach the park.

I am from there...but don't know any of the street names...lol. That is the best I can do. Hope it helps slightly.
