Where is the cheapest place to order those candy bar

favors? ya know the ones where you can personalize the labels? i need them but not for a wedding---a baby shower. just wondering the cheapest way to go about doing this. i've seen them @ stores and favor places, but i feel like i could do it myself or get the labels somewhere cheap (EBAY perhaps )and just buy the candy bars.

any suggestions? THANK YOU!

Re: Where is the cheapest place to order those candy bar

My mom ordered the mini ones to scatter on the tables at my wedding. She ordered them from somewhere online, but I ended up finding them cheaper on the Knot. The place she ordered them from actually spelled my name wrong, so they sent her 100 more. She was able to keep the original ones that were spelled wrong too, so she ordered just labels and put them on herself. Honestly, if you can get just the labels and then go to BJ's or Costco and get the chocolate, it is so easy to put them on. She just used a tiny dab of hot glue to seal them and they look great. They also sell kits in the store to make the wrappers yourself on the computer!

For my cousins sons 1st bday party she made cute chocolate lollipops. She bought the mold, sticks, and chocolate at a craft store an made them herself. I think thats the cheapest way to do it.. They were adorable.
Dont go crazy if you dont have too..

Check out www.thecandywrappers.com
My mom got them from her-- she is on LI and is pretty quick. I think you can just get the wrappers from her too.

Re: Where is the cheapest place to order those candy bar

Just be careful if you are going to put the labels on yourself b/c hershery's just recently changed the packageing on their candy bar's.
They used to be in foil with the hershery wrapper on top of it. Now it is a all in one wrapper that is crimped on the ends. I am not sure if the different packaging changed the overall size of the bar.

Just something else to worry about

Ooohhh, that is a good point. I have seen wrapper on ebay and i think they can do them custom with all sorts of themes and colors. I saw some for 10 bucks. I just put in 'candy bar wrappers wedding' and got a lot of displays.
