Where is the nicest place for brunch?

I'm coordinating a bridal shower for dear friend. How much is a brunch typically per person? What is your favorite place for brunch?

The 56th Fighter Group in Farmingdale used to do a great brunch...they may still do it...don't know if they have a room!

I was there with FH's family at Christmas and it was great. Not sure about the separate room, didn't see one...

The Bonwit Inn in Commack. There is a separate room too. Not sure of the price. Hope this helps.

I agree with the ladies about The Carltun.
Elegant setting, great food.
Friend of a Farmer is good too but it's now located in Locust Valley.

Yes, really good food there! Didn't see a separate room either though.

WOW, I didn't know that place moved....when did that happen...shows how often I go out to brunch! I loved the location of the other one...right on the pond with the ducks and other wildlife....Oh well!!
