Re: Where is your ceremony?
we're getting married at Eastport Bible Church-on the east end of LI This is the most important part of the day! I am getting married in my FH's church, It is the same e church is grandparents and parents were married in. His grandfather was the President of the church until his passing 2 1/2 yrs ago. It is very sentimental to my FH and myself. My future father inlaw and uncle inlaw are singing acapella at our ceremony with one other man from the church. It will be very special. I can't wait!

The church is the part I'm most nervous about, and it's the last thing I'm booking . . . .
I wouldnt make it the last thing. This should really be the first thing. Only because if they wont do your day then you will have to reschedule everything & then some of your vendors may not be available. Something to think about. Good luck!

St. Patricks Church in Glen Cove. I love my church. I taught religious education there for 3 years.
We're Church twins . . . lol! Just booked this past Wednesday with Father Marty . . . my FH is a huge Yankee fan, as is he, so when we went into his office, we knew the Lord was on our side . . . we are not from the parish and were worried . . . . Pshew!! Can't wait, it's so beautiful. I was crying imagining the ceremony.

You are right, it could have been a nightmare . . . but I would've had to settle to do it at the hall and then likely have a catholic ceremony another day . . . . thank god, literally, it all worked out . . . St. Pat's it is.

Re: Where is your ceremony?
Haven't booked yet, we will soon.
But we want to have it at St. Nicholas of Tolentine in Queens. That's where I was baptised, made communion & confirmation.
