Did they give you a grand total or do they wait until its over?? From the website Chateau La Mer was my #1 choice :) Do you know if 2005 is booked?

You give them a thousand every 2 months till 5000 and then you owe the remainer after you get a final head count like 2 weeks before the wedding.

I wanted to get married in Hawaii - immediately family only - my family squashed that but noones offering to help LOL UGH!
Do you know if they book quickly? WOuld I have a chance for 2005? LOL

Well times how many people you are inviting by 102.66 (the price plus tax and gratuity) and thats what you will owe.
You get everything on the website if you look at the menus it tells you all the choices.
Call and ask for nick or lou .. they are the banquet managers and will tell you whats open.. Someone is probably there now.. call em!!!

I am getting married at Jericho Terrace in the Dome Room, on a Thursday night in June (06) paying $75.71 per person, that includes taxes and gratuity.

Reason we did not pick Chateau (even after I whines to FH after booking Jericho Terrace) was FH did not want me to b*tch on our wedding day about the humidity (b/c we both wanted summer wedding) or get bit by a mosquito. He's so silly.

everything you need as far as cocktal hour and service, dinner etc is included. You get the yacht arrival and bridal attendant for the day, A complimentary cake of you choice, top shelf liquor etc.
You also get platters of pastries and cookies on each table along with the wedding cake and a cordial/expresso bar

MsKitty - do you think the mosquitos would be bad? I want me wedding on the water if I can have it. Are you allowed to wade or anything... Is it like a beach??
So hard for me to get out (I have a little one) and Im only looking by websites for now, until I get time to go out!! Hopefully this weekend!! YAY!

Yea none of thtat is included like photo/video dj etc but they do have vendors that they work with and can suggest
I always wanted to get married on the water and I dont think the mosquitoes wil be that bad.
Its not a beach... its a pier and they take you out on a yacht during cocktail hour. They then phone the maitre de and tell them you are coming and the maitre de will tell all the guest to go outside and then you and new hubby come sailing in

I had not even thought of the humidity or mosquitos, my FH did. Even after I whined about it he said 'Fine we can book it, just don't come crying to me when you get bit by a mosquito on the nose just as were about to take pictures.' Come on now. What are the chances! Honest, I am really not that big of a baby, no really!
