where or to who do I complain about my Car payment company to??

Im at my wits end with these people!

Im in Lindenhurst, they are in Hicksville...My due date is the 21st of the month, I mail my check every month on the 10th or 11th and EVERY MONTH they 'say' they get it late. This month I mailed the 11th, they say they got it the 26th?!?! And then just now I get a call from them saying my payment for April is late, I tell them, WELL YOU CASHED IT 3 WEEKS AGO and then they said well you have to talk to the manager, hes not here..WELL WHY DID YOU CALL ME THEN???

Then I explained about the problem with them not receiving my payments, they said 'well pay $5 and do it online'..UM, WHY SHOULD I PAY??

They have lost my payments 2 times already in 18 months, they are sooo rude, even the managers. I have cursed at about 3 of them. I cannot take it anymore.
PLEASE someone tell me what to do? Who do I complain to?

They are a private company..Condor Capital Corp .

GET THIS! I go to BBB in NY...They have 13 points against them in the last 36 months..THATS A LOT!

Well I would definitely put in another complaint with the BBB!!

They sound awful!!

Im afraid, Im afraid they will do something...they are SOO mean.
First they call my husband Danielle all the time, his name is daniel and they cant read that.

Then they hang up on me sometimes for no reason .

The kid just said, I see we got your payment, but your still not showing paid? UMM...and thats my problem HOW?

is it a po box?

maybe try certified and see when they post the payment as proof....

check with your bank to see if they pay them online eletronically....

new finiance company?

do they do ach payment?

No....

I HAVE, and they got it every time within 2 days and it took 10 plus days to post from that date. I have had to CALL and get the supervisor to advise they recv'd payment over 2 weeks ago, each time I came close to faxing him the return receipt when 'suddenly' it was found.

....Hmmm..maybe thats an idea! But even when I DO PAY THEM, they tell I didnt, or say yeah you did, but your still late? HUH?
They want me to pay them online with them for $5..I pay a TON of interest, Im not giving them $1 more!
