I'm debating on going to Target or walmart also, even though some of my friends have told me not to.
ok i worked for walmart for quite a few years dont do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! only because i was a deprtment manager and i know from experience that the department changes its floor set every 3 or 4 months and things get deleted
All stores do that some more often than others...You're right tho...walmsrt is sooo annoying when they change the plannogram. I went last year and got so lost and no one that worked there knew where things were. They told me not to do it because they think its 'tacky' I don't care where people buy stuff...i want them to get a good deal tho.

Re: Where R U registering
Well, FH and I have a brand-new house to furnish and supply. So, we need anything and everything that belongs in a kitchen/dining room/2 bathrooms and the rest of the house..inside and out! So, we are going to register at Bed, Bath and Beyond.....I also want to register at Crate & Barrel and Fortunoff. Is it weird to register at like 3 or 4 places? I know most people do 1 or 2...but with such a big house, we need everything!!!!

This was my previous question...I'd like to register at at least 3 places, possibly 4. Is this possible?

I think you can register wherever and how ever many places you want. Every store has different stuff so I say go for 3 or 4...plus it gives the guests more of a variety.

BBB and Macys. I couldn't do Fortunoff because they don't have it in Baltimore, where FH's family lives.

you can do three if you want, honestly though- it is seen as bad manners by some (not me, i don't care, lol!) to do more than two places, this is just what i've heard from my friends that do invites for things like showers and know all these things~

I didn't do fortunoffs cus we have people comming from Maine, Ohio, Seattle, Georgia, and Chicago. But some of FH's family I think went there assuming I was registered and asked why we didn't have a registry there. But now we have our website up and running, so now people will see we dont have one there. I guess they just assumed we would have one there.

I think people usually do 3 places. You can do 4 if you want to- I am cus I have people from so many different staes comming and they dont have 2 of the stores i registered at. So i wanted them to have more of a choice of where to go.

Re: Where R U registering
Advising me to register at Pottery barn is good advice - well that's how I see it.
So I think I narrowed it down - - -BB&B, Pottery Barn, and Fortunoff (we get a free martini bar at the reception if we register with them)
Wow I am going to be super busy in the next year!!
