im getting married at eastwind and dont have many OOT guests...i know a few of my friends will stay at eastwind on the night of my wedding..but eastwind wants me to block 10 rooms...and if no one books it then im screwed..i have to pay for all of them!! does anyone know of another hotel in that area that i can book without having to pay for it if not booked?.TIA!!

Hampton inn off the expressway exit 63 also is a vendor of east wind. Prices are much less expensive and they provide a shuttle service to and from the east wind. I think this is what we are doing!

There is a best western in riverhead on route 25. If 10 rooms get booked, they provide a free shuttle
