Re: Where should I go dress shopping??????
I highly recommend Lillette's in Baldwin- If you can ask for Gerri- she's a doll to work with and very patient.

Bridal Suite of Bay Shore - they were so sweet (and patient!!) even though I had no CLUE what I wanted and tried on every dress/veil/headpiece in the place. So nice.

ditto--they were GREAT in helping me find a gown. however, i just have to say that the price they gave me was higher than my dress should've been. so if you find something you like--get the designer and style number and see if you can find it cheaper elsewhere. i overpaid by $400 on my gown!
customer service was fantastic there, but price was not

Oh no! Well my dress was only $800 which I think is ballpark for a Maggie. My veil was an absurd $775 dollars but my mom loved it so much b/c it looked like hers so she insisted on it.

Re: Where should I go dress shopping??????
I got my dress and my BM's dresses at Helen's in Commack. Liz and her daughter Ashley were extremely helpful and patient. I also had a terrific experience at Lilette's, even though I did not purchase my dress from there.

Re: Where should I go dress shopping??????
I got my dress in Paradise Bridal in Patchogue. They were VERY nice...I was there trying on dresses for about 3 hours and brought 6 people with me. They were great and reasonably priced!

I'm going to RK Bridal in the city. It's not too far from Penn Station for anyone that doesn't work in the city!
