where should i go first

where should i go first

to maui, kuai, or oahu-and how many days in each?-don't kill me for asking another hm question!

Honestly i would go to any of those islands first I need a vacation if you cant tell Good Luck on your venture

We're going to Kauai first to unwind. Then we're heading to Honolulu for some nightlife, then to Kona, then ending in Maui! :) Where are you looking at staying?

We're going to Maui first b/c we think we'll be on a high from the wedding and want to do everything, then we'll head off to Kauai where we can relax before coming back home

that is a good idea liz-aka ligirl!LOL!-we want to go to maui, oahu (day trip) and kuai--then off to cali then to las vegas............so i think going to maui first b/c of the high--then the day trip to oahu--then to kuai to rest before we go to cali and vegas--does that sound good?----are you taking your day trip out of maui or kuai?

I did Kauai last and am gald I did. It is the most beautiful so it was the perfect way to end the trip (I only went to Maui and Kauai though).

i don't know why i feel like i have to have every detail planned out ;before i go to the TA-something is wrong w/me---i am stressing over this---i just want it to be perfect!!

I'm doing the day trip b/c FH wants to see Pearl Harbor, but I have NO idea which island to lose a day on.
Right now I have 5 nights on both, and don't want to give any of them up.
But if I stay for another day, I won't get home until Friday, and I wanted to come home Thursday.

liz--i wanted to make an appt w/the travel agent that you used--the one that specializes in hawaii!---but i have the need to get everything in order before i go--i should have booked this over a month ago-that was my goal! and it keeps getting pushed more and more back!i always say we are going to sit down and get tihngs in order and never do---i finally decided that i want to stay at the hyatt in maui and still not sure about kuai! i don't feel like i need such a lavish hotel on both islands b/c i know i am not going to be looking out of the window all day!LOL i'll be out exploring! and i know that this will cost a pretty penny especially since we are also going to CA and NV!!

We are going to Maui first figuring we'll be on the wedding high and there is more to do there. Then we are going ot Kauai to relax before heading home. We are doing on week on each Island.

Soo excited we just booked last week. We are staying at the Hyatt on both Islands.

Did anyone fly into and out of Oahu? My uncle said he did this and was able to see Pearl Harbor and other things the day they were coming home, rather than taking an extra day trip in the middle of the trip.

I haven't heard anyone say this.

Betty thanks that's not a bad idea at all. I'm going to ask my TA today

2003- The TA could give you a lot of ideas on different hotels depending on what you're looking for in Kauai. Since you want to be out and about, it's probably best that you stay somewhere pretty much in the center of all the action

Liz.... We went to see Suzanne and she is GREAT!!!! The funny thing is I went out with one of her brother BFs for a while a few years ago. Even funnier...I WAS AT HER WEDDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are decidding between Hawaii and Barbados (she said she really liked Barbados but I think we are leaning towards Hawaii)

Let me know what you find out about Oahu!! Thanks (my uncle told me this after we saw her..so I didn't ask)
