Re: Where should i take pics?
I just had my e-pics taken at Gerry Park in Roslyn, very easy to get to, right across from the library. Pics are in my album. First of all, it's gorgeous. Second, it's free, and third, it has everything, gazebo, lake, beautiful scenery, it has a watermill, beautiful benches. It was exactly what I was looking for, with out the hassle. It's free, no permission, or permit needed. I highly recommend it. You can see my pics in my album.

i took my e-pics in queens. So maybe you can take your pictures in queens before heading out to LI. It was at gantry park in LIC. There is lots of grass, its also on the water so you have a view of the whole NYC skyline, theres also a park where you can take pics, there is also the pepsi cola sign. I have pics in my album if you want to get an idea of the scenery. You can do different styles there though.
It's free and no permit is required
a few liw girls took pics there. One girl jenlen took her pics there and she even took pics in the childrens playground which came out great, you can check her album. I also know there was an 07 bride who got married at watersedge which is right there and has great wedding pics. If you do a search you can probably find other pics taken there. If you go to Angelica glass website and go to her blog you will see lots of pics taken there, she does it alot. There was a recent 08 liw bride who took day after pics there also.

You can go to the park under the Triboro bridge. Theres a lot of grass, water, and you get the bridge in the backround. Its also free!! Alot of my family members took pics there and they came out beautiful!!!

Where in Queens are you? For my sister's wedding we took pictures at Whitestone Park (with the bridge in the background) and for my friend's wedding we took them at another park in North Flushing - I can't remember the name now but it was really pretty. Give your location and maybe I can recommend other places - I live in Queens too!

I'm thinking yes since it's so close to Francis Lewis but I'm not sure. Hmm.... you said you're from Middle Village? What do you take to get from Middle Village to Long Island?
Whitestone Park is right off the Cross Island, which will put you on track to get on the LIE toward Long Island. I guess it would be slightly out of the way but it is a beautiful park.

Re: Where should i take pics?
We're going to OWG and you get an hour and a half, the fee depends on what time you need (earlier in day, cheaper). It's NOT cheap though at any time!!
