Re: where to buy a unity candle??
I bought mine at Patchogue Floral. I got the unity candle the taper candles and the holder. I even bought the ring bearers pillow. I don't think they were that expensive.

I got a plain candle at Michaels and decorated it myself with our wedding invitation, etc.

Re: where to buy a unity candle??
I bought mine at ac moore and decorated it myself and just decided to do the sand instead...bumber.
I bought mine at Walmart ($3)and decorated it myself. Barely anyone can see it - so you coule even just get away with a plain one without decorations.

Re: where to buy a unity candle??
i got mine at michaels, too... i just bought a plain white pillar candle and some nice ribbon and tied a bow around it... simple, but elegant. and like somebody else said, its something people don't really see, so unless you want to keep it in a china cabinet or something after the wedding, you can get away with just decorating a pillar candle up a litte bit
