This is going to make me sound cheap or like an old lady or something haha, but I look in Dress Barn. . .they actually have some really cute stuff and its reasonably priced, which is good considering I'll probably only where it once or twice!

There is a place in Farmingdale, off of 110. I think Estelles. Never been there but I heard it's good.

I went RF Macys, and I found like 3 dresses that I LOVVEEEED but the wedding I'm going to is in November, so I didnt want to buy yet. Try there! They have more than most macys.

i bought a great dress from JC Pennys i dont usually shop there but they had a huge selection and super sales i think my dress was originally $90 and i got it for $23

I think a long dress is fine, especially if it is a night wedding!
If you feel you will be too dressed up, I would dress it down with your shoes, jewelery or hair. . .

go to nordstroms site and look at adrianna papell dresses.
I know great boutiques but they're a little far from you so not sure if youre willing to travel for it lol

I was going to say Nordstrom as well. THey have really nice dresses instore and online. Adrianna Pappel dresses are soooo beautiful. I ordered one when I was attending a wedding

Kristin I have always found dresses for weddings at Bloomies and Lord & Taylor.
