Where to find a FlowerGirl Gift?

I'm looking for a Heart Locket for my flowergirl. She's 3, so it has to be children's size. I also would like it to be engraved with her initials. Preferably sterling silver or white gold.

I don't live on LI, so does anyone have any website ideas as to where I could find this?
