The BM have decided they'd rather buy shoes already in Navy as opposed to dyeing a pair of white shoes, which is fine, but there are only a few viable shoes on zappos. Any other ideas for websites or stores?

try zappos or see if the colorifics website can dye them for you
It might be hard to find navy to match exact without dyeing, unless they wear strappy shoes that don't have much fabric so a slight difference won't matter . . . . In that case, that's hard because navy is a hard color to find in summery shoes!
my BM dress for my sisters wedding was navy. i had a hard time finding navy shoes that i liked that were reasonably priced. i ended up buying white satin ones and had them dyed. they looked great and the color didnt bleed at all. i plan on dying them black soon! HTH!
Personally I think what is more in style is wearing a metallic shoe. If the dress is Navy then silver or even a light gold metallic shoe would look fabulous. I wore a gold metallic shoe in a wedding where we wore eggplant color dresses and it was beautiful. Caparros are very comfortable, and so are Nina shoes.
