Try Party City or any good stationary store, maybe Kate Papperie, do a google search and you will find plenty

Re: Where to find nice thick wrapping paper?
I would recommend the MoMA store, but you'll have to wait until november! they're out of holiday paper by now. They're only down to cards and ornaments....

You should try Kate's Paperie, Papyrus or any art supply store should have a selection of heavy papers.

Re: Where to find nice thick wrapping paper?
I think the best wrapping paper ever comes from the elementary school kids fundraisers.
Maybe ask a PTA member of your local elementary school where they get their fundraisers from....
I would try PaperMart or Nashville Wraps, both have great quality products at wholesale prices.
I used them both for all my business wrapping products.

Im not sure you will find snow flakes, but i actually used a think wallpaper as wrapping paper once!!! It was strong enough not to rip at the corners yet flexible enough to wrap in.
The wall paper was actually made by Lenox and it was gorgeous!
