Call the Wedding Center in Commack, they will beat any price!!! Also I think they come with a matching bag! I think # 2 is amazing!!!

i bought mine at H&S Bridal~ they came in at under 1000 including alterations!!!!! it's no posh salon, but they get you your dress and their alterations are very good

ok guys well thanks for all the advice you gals gave me- i really appreciate it!!! its really a tough call!!! well i'm going there this afternoon- i will post pics if they let me take pics!! or i'll let u know which i liked better

i ordered my maggie dress from burton's and the price was HALF of what alocal salon wanted for it

Very good point there, Faith. I kinda sorta felt the same way trying on Samara, which might seem ridiculous to the rest of you as it is the simplest of the three!! It's all about how you feel in it...don't get caught up in peoples' opinions! (I should talk!)

It's especially important that YOU shine in the dress, not the other way around!

so true- i couldnt agree more- well they only had one of the dress- the symphony- its really nice but......didnt love it- i actually loved angela & another one but its not on the web site- angela looks totally different on

i would have a white ribbon not the purple one though

Awww Karen, I'm so sorry they didn't have the dresses! The dresses you wanted are the newer ones, and I heard from the few salons that I've called that some haven't even received their shipment yet. Paradise in Patchogue had the new ones, that's where I tried on Samara Lynette. I know that's too far....

How about Princess Bridals in Farmingdale? I called them and I think they have Samara Lynette.

i know tell me about how they only had one of the dresses but i did find 2 that i liked but i do want to see about the michelle dress- where in farmingdale is that salon- do u have the number- so what have u decided on?

ohhhh and i have to say at LILLETTES- they are so nice there- i was there for 2 hours- i went by myself- but she made it fun!!!! she even put a veil on me - i thought i was going to cry!! i wish i had a pic of the dress

Princess Bridals is on Fulton Street in Farmingdale, I think.

Maybe try the Wedding Center in Commack? I emailed them today and asked for a few gowns, one of them was Michelle- so they have Michelle definitely! They didn't have the other ones I was looking for, though. Check them out!!

I still haven't a clue what I want- going again this weekend. Maybe I should just go back to the drawing board. Cleanse myself of the Maggie idea maybe? haha! I might need to try on other designers!
