If you want a mix of colors and depending on how you want to use them, try petalgarden.com. You can get a bulk box of imperfects for $75, but I don't know how bad they might be.
I've been looking, and those are the cheapest I can find on that site.

Flyboy Naturals depending on how much you ned you can get small quantities or in bulk - they are a grower which saves you the money of a middleman ( can you tell i like to save money??? LOL)

I am using them to throw outside the church. I want to make the cones and used the freeze dried petals.

i also need cheap freeze dried petals, fresh ones stain and the freeze dried are more accepted at the churches.

I ordered samples of freeze dried and silk petals. I wasn't happy with the freeze dried, they broke so easily.
My florist is giving me a nice sized bag of real petals for $25. I am getting light colors such as cream & light pink so it won't stain.

I would see if your florist can do real petals. It's much more inexpensive then I thought. Sometimes they throw in the petals free!

i think they broke bc i read something that u have to keep the freeze dried rose petals in a steamy room for a half hour or so so that they go back to the natural state or something. who knows. lol.
