I bought a gown on a sample sale. My wedding is on 10/28/07 and I still haven't found a place to get my dress alterations done. I live in the upper west side of Manhattan and work in the East Bronx. Does anyone know of a good reputable place that specializes in wedding dress alterations and also takes care of cleaning and steaming the dress? I'm getting stressed over this. Any advice would help. Thanks!

I don't know from experience but I also bought a sample dress and it needs a cleaning and a couple of repairs. I have heard many good things about Madame Paulette's on the upper east side, although they are pricey I have heard they can work wonders.
Bridal Reflections in Carle Place is amazing. If you want to stay in the city, can you call the place that you got your dress from and ask for suggestions?
