i have no idea where to go for my honeymoon all i know is i want it to be relaxing, beautiful and a once in a lifetime experience can anyone make suggestions please? my fiance refuses to fly more then 6 hours.

We actually went to Ochos Rios Sandals and it was the most reasonable and it was the best vacataion ever! we were so relaxed!

i'm in the same situation! - no clue where to go but want relaxation - and a FH who doesn't want a long airplane flight - thoses of you who booked did you go though a travel agent? how did you book?

We just booked out HM to Aruba!!!! So excited! I also wanted a relaxing HM. I booked it through expedia.com and then we called them as we were booking and just booked it over the phone to make sure we got a good room. (the travel agent actually calls the hotel up and gets you the best room!)
FYI: when your booking your HM make sure you look into the weather at the location in the time that you are going. We were going to go to Costa Rica but its rainy season in May!

Thanks for that tip.. I forgot about that.. I'm sure there'd be nothing like going to a nice tropical island & sitting in the room bc of rain

It was absolutely breathtaking. You can do as much or as little as you want. There's tons to do and see but if you just wanna chill and bask in the sun, you can do that too. I think about Fiji every single day It is veryyy far away but it was totally worth it.

We spent our honeymoon in Bali, a beautiful place in Indonesia, where there are beautiful beaches and seas. And you can enjoy the sun all the day. You can go there to enjoy yourselves.

Italy is my favorite destination; Portiofino, Rome, Tuscany, Venice, Positano...all the Best. Perhaps land in Rome and cruise to Venice. I love Oceania cruises...always a few lucky honeymooners. It's about 6.5 hours from NY to Rome (I think...you pretty much sleep when a flight is more than 5 hours so the longer the better!)

Fiji is beautiful, but it is on the expensive side. It also depends on when you book your tickets/package. The same travel company I used before is having a promo on Airfare.
