where to go for e-pics?!?! (kinda long but please help!!)

we have to pay extra for e-pics b/c we didn't originally have them in our photog package. but i REALLY want them!!!!!! FH said he would consider paying the extra $$ if we could think of a really good place to go for the shoot. he said only if we can think of somewhere cool where we wouldn't go on our wedding day.
problem is, i can't think of anywhere that's special to us. we used to join bowling leagues together and there is a bowling alley on the premises at our RH so we are having an after-hours bowling party after the wedding. so i thought maybe e-pics at a bowling alley but then i thought maybe that's dumb.
orrrrrr something involving baseball b/c we both LOVE the mets...but if we went to shea or something, it's not like they'd let us in to take pics inside (which would be the coolest thing EVER if we could get in there but obviously we can't), and we couldn't get any cool pics just hanging around the outside so that's out.
FH hates the city so that's out too. we both love bear mountain, but i don't think the photog would want to travel that far for an e-shoot and i don't know...
any ideas? please?!?! any suggestions at all and i will LOVE you forever!!

i gotta say, i love that first pic. i've seen all her pics (actually her name has kitty in it too i think, and it's funny that i changed my name to that w/o thinking of it!!)...maybe i should ask her what park that is that she went to.
but the problem is i don't know if FH will go for a park since we are taking pics day of at old westbury gardens. he might think it's too similar and not want to do it.

FYI .. the park that she took the pics in was stony brook pond ... i had asked her cause i like the location ..
which one? the first one-kittythe stray or the 2nd pic

What about a vineyard out east. If you go during the fall on a nice day it would be GORGEOUS!!

Ooo ive heard people mention the duck pond, didnt know kitty used that location

what about going to a park during the day? it's not a real baseball stadium but some have the little baseball type field. I know where the mineola pool is, they have baseball things over there.
theres always the beach too. we're gonna eventually go shoot at the beach. one of these days.

i like the shea idea! i wasnt going to have e-pics at all but if shea allowed pics to be taken there i might reconsider. Let us know if they respond.
other than there, maybe you could go to another stadium. the cyclones stadium would be great if you go to coney island. i like the ducks stadium idea too, its really nice there and they would probably let you do a special announcement or something.
other than that, i always see young couples with photographers following them around at jones beach, so i assume they were taking e-pics. that would be a beautiful pic. i know you said FH hates the city, but maybe he could consider central park.
