Other than David's Bridal, which we will probably check out, what are some good stores to check out for BM dresses? (I saw a couple I liked in David's Bridal)
I am not looking for really expensive dresses, but I don't want cheap-looking ones either. ($150-200 price range, no higher)
Any recommendations?

try the following:
bridal reflections carle place bridal couture manhasset iman bridal in glen cove
do not go to bridal reflections massapequa they dont give you the time of day, staff in carle place a lot nicer. also do not go to the wedding salon its dirty and the people are rude.

Hey Kara- this is where I've seen or tried on BM dresses:
Lillette's (Grand Avenue- Baldwin) The Wedding Plaza (Jericho Turnpike- New Hyde Park or is that Floral Park?) Macy's of Manhasset
We also tried BM dresses at Paradise Bridal- but that's in Patchogue and you want to look in Nassau.
Don't forget Bridal Elegance in Dix Hills also does BM dresses- the Bill Levkoff dress I like (#557) retails for $180 at Lillette's and through Bridal Elegance I think it was $145, and their alterations are capped at $55 for BM's. I will have my girls order their dresses there.
