so i'm trying to figure out where i'm going to order from when i decide upon a dress....any experience w/ the alterations depts/customer service after the gown is ordered at any of the following...

I ordered from village bridal. They have been awesome. I think fantasia is great too. Stephanie actually sent me a thank you card which was so sweet.

i would check with the shops and see who has the cheapest alterations. i think bridal suite of bayshore had the cheapest out of all those shops, and bridal reflections was the most $

i am using paradise and have not had any problems. i also like that alterations are capped at $250

My friend is getting married next month and she is miserable dealing with Paradise. They are giving her a very hard time

Just from my own experience Bridal suite of centereach has excellenttttt service and their seamstress was amazing, I was in my friends BP a few years ago and they altered my dress great and I had also purchased a dress from them for my cousins wedding this past march that needed A LOT of work and they did wonderful!! I had 2 cousins get their wedding dresses from Bridal reflections and they had great experiences as well. On the other hand, my coworker who just got married last year had a horrible experience with the seamstress at paradise bridal, if you want more info just FM me. HTH!

I would go with wherever you can get it the cheapest. Everyone is going to have different experiences with each store so why not save yourself some $$$$$$
