I need ideas that wont cost alot to do in Manhattan that someone 20 years old can do.

How much is 'not a lot'? I mean, nothing's cheap here but there are less expensive places and then expensive places and then really expensive places.

well one thing would be free admission and than cost depending on what people drink. Or a cover that includes drink. So much costs are involved I don't want to make people spend more money.

Oh. Nope, sorry, I really don't know of anything like that other than a regular bar but then you run into the problem with the 20 year old. You can take the chance of hitting a regular bar and hoping the 20 year old can get in... I was going to suggest a show or something but not if you only want to pay for drinks.
