At east wind we have a outside lounge area right out side the dance hall. Would it go out there instead?

I want to try and have a table in the room with us. Not sure if it will be possible. I have to talk to the RH but if not I will have to think of where to put it.

You can put it where ever you want, if you think it will be too emotional for people than put it outside the room,

Yeah I am not sure. I think it will stay nice if it was outside of the hall/dance part.

I would like to put it inside the room on one side of the sweetheart table. I know my RH has 2 tables, one for the cake and one for whatever...which will be for my memory table.

im stuck on this, Im having one for my dad and grandma i dont want to make everyone emotional and put it in the room. But on the other hand i feel like it would be great to have it in there because then its like there consatntly there (even though they are regardless) still up in the air about it

If you're getting married at the Estate, I know the room you are talking about, and, I think it would be very nice out in that room.
My friend got married there over the summer, and she had the placecards on (a piano, I think) as soon as you walk in, to the right. You may be able to set up a table right next to that!

We are getting married in the northampton in the Inn part. They also have something similar to the estate though.
